i also found this in script hook v.net log 2 or something:

i installed addon peds properly, i triple checked and ingame nor the communicatrions menu n or the peds menu pops up. (i installed c++ redist 2017, directx, scripthook v.NET) but my mod menu does pop up. what do i do
