Sometimes the lights cant be shot to break, you have to ram into a wall. Not sure why, but sometimes it runs completely fine and you can shoot them easily other sessions they will never break. Also, the marbelle has something strange when you tint the rear quarter glass. Problems aside, very fun!

My solution:
Only delete the following files to prevent crash on loading screen
-openiv.asi
-enableMpCars.asi
Side Effects:
You can not spawn the brand new vehicles, but you can spawn and drive older dlc vehicles
Anybody have a solution?
