Works! Everyone that says it doesnt work have installed it wrong! My mod manager didnt drag all the map editor files over just some of them. Start the game. While in game tab out and check if scripthookv and scripthookdotnet is in the gta folder and then check if all the map editor files are in scripts folder inside of the gta folder. Hope this helps someone whos having a headache
