@Epicsalad Yeah the mod that does this is the Gangsta Style Franklin mod and it messes up all the 1st person animations for pistols and smgs too and makes the combat pistol shoot like the ap pistol. To uninstall this mod you can download the original file and there is a uninstall.oiv to auto uninstall. This irritated me and took me several months to figure out I hope this helps you out even though the animations are cool if not bugged.
