If for some reason this mod doesn't work for you you can manually deinstall it. My game kept crashing on loading screen and I tried with newest gameconfig and I couldn't fix the issue. Use OpenIV go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\ and find dlclist.xml. Right click on it and click edit and find something like (not exctly sure about the names)

<Item>dlcpacks:\vwe_opt\</Item>
<Item>dlcpacks:\vwe_sce\</Item>
If you installed all 3 OIV packages there should be 3 maybe 4 lines about this mod (Required, Optional, Scenarios). Delete those lines (everything that contains VWE) and click save. Then go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks and delete folders that contains VWE in their names, should be also 3 or 4. That should fix your problem and game should load (if your game crashed because of this mod). Don't forget to install newest gameconfig because this mod replaces it when installing! Also you can uninstall other mods like this!
