The 'Improvements in Gore' mod is the most popular gore fx mod in GTA. Nearly all of the assets for that mod weren't showing up, and I went through each mod one by one to see which one was messing with the gore mod - it was this one. The cherry on top is that there's no goddamn uninstaller like the RWS had. Do NOT install if you have any type of gore mod.
I don't know if it's the mod or if I'm missing something - I don't have many mods installed, and this is my only gore mod. Every gun, from pistol to sniper to shotgun, all just leave one tiny bullet hole. My character can get damaged and bloodied up just fine, but there's no blood spilling, and just a tiny little hole where the bullet goes. The clothes start to soak, and that's about it.
