omg finally i found that car from vanellope now what i need is her self in the game to rush over the streets of los santos

do somebody know what to do to spawn the car without the problem that it disapears after few seconds
ok but in type of read me text file or something because i could put these files everywhere main folder or the mods folder but the mod is on the side because i dont know where to put the bttf files exactly
