This absolutely fits into the moral of the police department in Los Santos. Do a little thing wrong and you get shot right away. Together with the corrupt FIB... Wonderful satirical statement!
That would be very nice because I already have a mod which activates on F5.
When I start the game, the introductory dialog is loaded but when I click on Yes, the dialog pops up again and I'm not even able to enter the game. I have the Social Club version.
