Only issue I've had is if I die and respawn at a hospital or enter/exit a structure via an interactable door then all the survivors I've stationed at a base spawn in right next to me. So I'm actually afraid to set up a large camp because I don't want to respawn at a hospital and have 30 survivors all standing on top of me.
