Hey, This mod randomly started working for me, I am on the rockstar latest version at this and the only difference I can think of (that was origonally for another mod) is this
Right click your main GTA5 folder that contains your GTA5.exe
Go to properties then go the security tab
You will see to 'To change permissions l, click Edit. Then click edit
You will see 'permissions for Authenticated users'
Allow full control.
Hopefully that is what did it for me and hopefully you guys too 👍
