The mod stopped working for me until I redownloaded the latest version AND deleted the values.ini file. I think that ini file was the culprit because once I got rid of it, everything worked again.
@OptiMazPrime NVE is great but the creators edit a lot of the in game settings and files which is demanding in itself. So you will see texture pop ins, glitches, etc. If you run the game without NVE and use NVE's gameconfig combined with mods, the texture pop ins won't happen nearly as much.
@OptiMazPrime Texture pop ins would be a result of your hardware. Maybe HDD issues or you are using a lot of mods with max settings which can cause issues.
For anyone having issues with this gameconfig, you would need to use another as the one provided here is not able to handle mods well. I am a supporter of NVE and the gameconfig I get from that works perfectly. A lot of mods installed and no crashes. If you don't want to pay for NVE, then try to look for another option. But this one just isn't good enough.
@DriftApe Each livery replaces a pre existing livery for each car. There is a way to edit the carcols each car is in and add an additional livery section but I find it to work on certain cars, not all.
@FrameKixrr I use rims from the vanilla wheels / lore friendly packs 1 and 2. The ones on the Sentinel are from a JDM rim pack, can't remember the exact name atm.

@Dejected Angel The style of the Annis logo resembled the HKS Power logo more accurately to me, so I went with that instead.
