@DylanTh3Villain Yes it does. GTA:Network is in no way affiliated with GTA:Online. Being permanently banned on GTA:Online will not prevent you from playing GTA:Network and vice versa.
@a3237619 Every time GTA V updates we have to wait for the developers of Script Hook V to release a new version that is compatible with the latest GTA V update. This usually happens within a day or two. As soon as they update it, we automatically release a dependency update which you will be prompted to accept upon launching GTA:Network.
@WildFire418 This mod allow you to join other players on your own server. You can't use client-side mod because there are custom SERVER-side mod. You can create roleplay server, freemode server, deathmatch, drift .. etc
