Map doesn't appear ? Make sure you aren't loading online maps via trainer or plugins
No Boundary Limits is required to explore the full map
To edit manifest.ymt you need codewalker RPF explorer ( export file to xml then import it )
I might soon with the next update include everything inside the dlc which won't require any editing to game files.

Line in dlclists.xml should be
<Item>dlcpacks:/route66/</Item>

Yep it is dlc @Mclpone go to your update.rpf from mods folder
Mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlc list.xml
Add <Item>platform:/dlcPacks/route66/</Item>
Save file and load the game
@Mclpone it's optional! If you want to see some Npcs around map then you need those files.
How to edit ?
-Open Codewalker rpf Explorer
- go to mods/update/updater.rpf/x64/levels/gta5
- there is file called "sp_manifest.ymf" enable edit mode in rpf explorer then open file
- copy paste lines from installations.txt there
- hit save and that's all !
