I did some digging on this mod, and turns out it's working as intended without crash if we delete the "NEXGEN_advancedstreetlights" on DLCLIST.xml
So my working theory is "ONE or SOME file is corrupt or broken in that NEXGEN_advancedstreetlights folder"
I'm trying to check all the files inside it one by one, trying to find which one is broken and which one is not
Update : Found the problem
I just deleted all the ".Ymap" files inside that folder, and turns out that's the problem, trying to figure out which one
Update 2 : So all the ".Ymap" files started with "Hei_distlod bla bla bla" AND "apa_lodlights bla bla bla" is the issue
I just deleted all those ymap is the problem
So the temporary solution (at least for me) is to install the mod normally, and then open the dlcpack folder (of course using open IV) and then open the "NEXGEN_advancedstreetlights" folder and then open the "Streetlight.rpf" and then delete all the "Ymap file" started with "Apa_lodlights bla bla bla" AND "Hei_distlod bla bla bla"
Not all the ymap file, just the ones named "Apa_lod bla bla bla" And "Hei_distlod bla bla bla"
I still can't pinpoint the exact problem, but at least you could use this as reference
And again, it's a cool mod, really like it, keep it up
Tested this and yup, it crashed my game
1. Epic Games & Steam

3. Pure White
Tried on the "virgin" version of gta and crashed
Tried on the "fully modded" version of gta and yep, crashed
Graphics Mod installed on the "fully modded gta" was NVR
And yeah, no crash message, just crashed the game and straight to desktop
Only crash the game when the game is set to night
But anyway, still give you 5 stars, it's really cool mod not gonna lie
