@runitsalpha The way I have kept my game clean from the threat of being banned is I copied my Steam installation files to another folder and downloaded the right .exe files (if you know what I mean) now I can mod the hell out of the game and still go online safely anytime I want.
I always liked the way GTA IV treated fights that is to say that when a NPC lost a certain amount of health during a fight they would double over and limp away. That gave you the option to kick some @ss without becoming a murderer.
