@ikt I also got mine working somehow... I did nothing but get in and out of vehicles a few times now it works perfect
I also had a similar issue with FiveM. I had to turn off the Manual Transmission mode the wheel works but if you put it in auto for example it puts it in the highest gear. For manual (S or H) it just over revvs it and doesn't move. This all happened after FiveMs big update to support the latest DLC. (Mod version 4.6.5)
Is there a dev version of this truck?

So this mod is epic but I have a question...
It works awesome in GTAV SP, but I tried to boot it in FiveReborn and it doesn't detect my wheel BUT I can use the manual shifting using my keyboard. I have a Logitech G920 if that matters
