Why is the mpchristmas2017 mod not available?
Doesn't work. All cars seems to take the values of airtug for some reason.
Also this https://imgur.com/a/8FEwM was in a bunch of DLC carcols.meta files.
Due to the lack of mods like these, I thought it wasn't possible to mod the upgrades or something. You sir are a severely underrated vehicle modder. I made this account just to say that.
And also to say that the turbo upgrade is actually completely misleading. It does not increase engine power at all and only gives you that turbo whine. It's an audio upgrade.
