This has currently resolved everything. I had been using Persistant mods tried them all after you get 15 to 20 cars texture issues occured and roads dont load. This has appeared to fix that issue just cant park them on the street but thank you. If anyone wants to reset all the cars already in the mod just go to your phone and reset them under you contacts.
Much appricate the work. Have noticed you have to basically run into the roller garage door for it to open and if you run in the right side of it you can fall through the map. Would appreciate a finished off version in the future with all objects.

Running 1.54 and working mod (Does not delete or make any cars disappear)
ive been trying all mods similar and all either dont work or are buggy as.
can confirm 20 cars load in fine and none have magically gone.
Once its saved your dont have to worry about it ever not being there.
with gamepad support LS + A means that car is yours

yeah im having issues since the latest update not working at all if it does only for few minutes.
Can this be fixed or is there a alternative mod?
