IRL standards this is a bit over the top but it's GTA so very legit in GTA standards :P

You beat me to it. But still glad you did this because I cant even get GTA V to start now. And with the stupidity of Rockstar Support I wont be able to create any more federal skins.

I been waiting for a shorter version, this would also be a good police vehicle. But I can't pull that off so anyone?
@GRAW I tried getting Homeland Security and the logo where they are suppose to go but it was way too small and I just gave up, plus it's gta nothing is legit.
