@3ric2hew I'm late as a joke, but man, I never knew this was possible. I tried to make bikes drift before by removing traction, but that didn't lead anywhere. It's really nice to see that you managed to find out how this can be made. All in all: Good job!
Very nice, you have done an amazing job, not too "boaty" (you know, where it's not as responsive), and it's not instant lock (you know...). I've been experimenting with creating handling lines, but you take the cake, hats off ;)
It doesn't really work for me either, It doesn't load for some reason :/ (although it says "MAP LOADED" when pressing Insert.)
Why can't I download it? :/

@ikt Can you update this for the latest version of GTA? Or am I the only one that it's not working for?
