Guys, until this fella updates the mod.. there's no way you'll be able to import the OAC file since it's way too old for OpenIV to import, in other words... this dude needs to update the mod before it's usable again, and to anyone looking to download this.... DONT DOWNLOAD IT, IT WILL NOT WORK.
Nvm, just figured it out... You need OpenIV to install this mod
There is no 'mods\update\update.rpf\common\data' nor a "dlclist.xml" file anywhere in my GTA directory, please help with this?
@OfficialAlexM Thanks so much for your help, finally got it working :-D Forgot I needed the ScriptHookVDotNet aswell as the regular version haha.. great mod :-)
@OfficialAlexM I got the file extracted... and I made the scripts folder, put it in... but the parachute is still there :(
@OfficialAlexM I'm using Frog Extract and it just wont extract it for some reason :( Idk why

Is there a way you can have the rocket cars "Voltic, Vigilante, etc" boost able to be more controllable and also a possibility of adding the pictures of all the transportation used in-game? That'd be great and its going good so far :) @sjaak327
