Greatest Mod of All Time! Dude right here took GTA Modding to a whole new level, this missing element that Rockstar failed to add into the game was more, reactive! immersive! realistic! gang activity. Even saints row 1 and 2 were highly superior in those areas than GTA V! you see GTA V was too commercialized and missed a lot important details that should have been added in the first place. Thanks for making this game replayable again now I can drive down the hood as Franklin and see the ballas actually having an issue with me, hostile ready for action. Chillin in their spot with their whips parked out in the open.
