You will need EUP installed. Then you just plugin these files in the respective folder.
You don't need the model since Rockstar already have them.
However if you really want the models then open "OpenIV" and search for the folders I provided in the zip file. Then you will find them. I.e. try search for "mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_sum" then you open the folder and find for instance jbib_diff_005 and you will have the model file. Notice that you have to open the folder, then go to models -> cd images and so on.
