It's been a while since I created this MOD, so my best guess from memory is to change OceanFoamIntensity and OceanFoamScale values. Try setting them to zero and see what that looks like. Then increase them a tiny bit at a time until you get the foam you want. REMEMBER: you have to do this for all weather types you want to be affected, my mod targets ExtraSunny only. Search weather.xml for the section <WeatherTypes> and then change the above values within each weather type that you want i.e. extrasunny, clear, foggy etc. Hope this helps.
Hi, thanks for the Stars. Regarding Online use, I don't know. Theoretically, it should be allowed, because it does not give you any(much) advantage over other players, however, who knows what Rockstar's blocking rules are?
NOTE: this is the only MOD on gta5-mods.COM that changes the clarity of the water when viewed from above.
PLEASE do NOT copy it. If you do then it will be obvious where the source material came from...HERE!

Hi, if it is too clear for you, there are 3 clarity options if you want the water less clear, or you can tailor your own clarity manually.
Hi, this MOD does NOT have an effect on the clarity of the water when you are submerged. The MOD you need for that is: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/new-under-water-experience. Have fun.
Excellent, thanks very much.
I don't think MVGA touches the water.xml file(the ONLY file changed in THIS mod), so you should be ok.
Thanks. Yes I would like a Demo 8 too, but I don't have any 3D modelling experience unfortunately.
You could try asking these guys if they fancy making a Demo 8, as they seem to have the necessary skills:

Glad you liked my Indian Ocean MOD.
