Hey bro your mod is great and I do have some suggestion that will make it even more impresive and if you want any implemntion of these suggestion ask me and I will send you the code. 1) Make the "hold your breath" key customizable. 2) use the in-game breath sound to match franklin, Trevor, and michael and if the player isn't one of these 3 use the default one. this adds an extra layer of realism as every one has different breathing sound. 3) Add a calculate time limit for how long each character can hold their breath based on their health bar, stamina, and whatever or not they were running before holding their breath. 4) Make the screen go rgadually black and white and decrease health if the player exceeded this time limit.(similar to https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/s-ob-s-realistic-concussions-and-injury-v-1-02)

SO I have two mods idea that will improve the realism of gta 5 . but I don't have the skill and the tools to develop these 2 mods so I thought maybe you can .
