@Lil Slim C you want to know the reason? When any author posted a WIP mods, people would go 'When you're going to release it?, please release it'. The authors will have many people would ask these questions and they got no choice and had to release it and make updates in the future.
@iamZenNGaming got to vehicle.meta file, find 'FLAG' section and add FLAG_HAS_LIVERY. Save. In the gtr.ytd, make sure to rename it to gtr_sign_2 or any number you like, then save it. If that still doesn't work, look for tutorial on YouTube.
