if you use instantselling : yes, but if you don't use instantselling, you pay charges and get money later when the car will be sold

For those having black screen issue, make sure game is fully updated. Try to edit YachtDeluxe.sav and set M1 =1. Tell me if it's working. Are your PC config lowend, midend or highend?

Imo, the only way to change interior is to change textures from game files.
