To Install this mod you need scripthook and scripthook.net
Place the "Whiplash.dll" and "Whiplash-logo" in scripts folder in the root of your GTA 5 directory.
Controls:
Press I Till you player goes in the air high enough to where he starts falling then you tap "I" or hold "I"
and the player will start whiping all over the place.
Future Updates:
Will try to make it so you dont have to float in the air to whip around.
add a .ini file to config controlls to your liking.
