What does this script do?
This script enables police to use the stun gun at Wanted Level 1. Instead of blindly chasing the player, the patrol officers will use the stun gun and attempt to stun the player. If the player is stunned, they will be unable to move for a few seconds - which gives the police a chance to move in for an arrest.
Controls
Most of this script is automatic.
If you want to surrender to police, press E while wanted and you will put your hands up for the police to come and get you. Will put in a config in the future to change this key binding.
Installation:
1. Install ScriptHookVDotNet if you do not have it already.
2. Download latest release of Police Tasers.
3. Drop PoliceTaser.dll into the scripts folder.
Known Caveats:
1. Sometimes you might experience the taser effect if a Cop does not have Line of Sight. I am working on a fix for this, once I figure out how to calculate line of sight.
2. Key for surrendering to police cannot be edited at this time.

I have discovered two caveats which I intend on fixing within the next 48 hours or so, along with a few performance updates to make this more efficient.
[1] Surrendering
(a) E button conflicts with a lot of other scripts, so i'll be changing it to Alt+E
(b) If you press E while in a vehicle to surrender, you'll be stuck in an animation and unable to control your car for 60 seconds while surrendering. Planning on updating it so that pressing your surrender button (to be changed to Alt+E) it will ignore you unless you're on foot.
[2] Taser Effect
(a) The taser effect currently causes you to cower sometimes. This was a debug feature I forgot to take out.
As for the video, i'll be working on a video as soon as I can, but I want to get taser tactics working first. The plan is to implement a callout system so that only certain cops have tasers. In the LAPD, not every officer is taser certified and I want to make it so it's a smaller chance. Also, I am planning on adding beanbag shotguns.
[3] Not really a bug, but the camera shaking needs to be fixed and will be remedied soon.
@HunterCOP42 Working on it. I want to add some more features so the video is more interesting than just punching a cop and getting tasered.
@MrSaucyZ I'll see if I can work that in. The NativeDB is rather incomplete at the moment, but i'll see if I can do some memory poking to find pedestrian wanted values.

Should add a configuration file. Also, my suggestion would be: Level 1: No weapons. Level 2, Tasers & Batons, Level 3, Open fire!
