Choose your desired cruising speed and take your foot off the gas pedal.
J - Turn on cruise control
L - Turn off cruise control
I - Increase speed by 1 unit (rougly 2mph)
K - Decrease speed
There is nothing in this stopping you from abusing it and rocketing through the air at 400mph through the air in a boat. But if you use it as intended, you'll cruise along at a comfortable speed.
(There is an upper limit on speed which I implemented to keep your game from crashing, though you may remove it if you wish)
This is useful if you like driving slower than max speed, as you don't have to keep tapping w to maintain a slightly slower speed.

Any chance to get make the breaks key active when to mod is on? As some other write here, it can get a little bit frustraiting, when you set the speed to 20-30kmh, drive forword,and can`t break at crossing crossroads traffic asf. only way is to deactive with L.
Can you tell me how to change the controls from j and k to u and o because I have the blinkers mod, do can you help?

Can you add cruise control for Trucks? That would be nice.
I found it, to get the Trucks working you need to change false to true in the line: "if(PED.IS_PED_IN_ANY_VEHICLE(playerPed, false)) then", i don't know what won't work now but i got trucks with Cruise Control and it's fine by me.
Ignore my last two comments, i had an other mod that was blocking this mod so it didn't work for trucks (Vehicle Quick Fix 'n Clean), for both mods to work you need to combine them. BTW Is there a way to edit or delete comments?

This is function of some electro-bikes and its extremely comfortable, without additional keys, i so want it in gta5!!
want this:
release ''forward'' - toggle cruise-control
press ''back'' - disengage cruise
pressing ''handbrake'' - do not disengage cruise
bump in hindrance - do not disengage cruise
P.S: to get ability of starting cruise when key "forward" released, you can make ability to free bind (.ini) activation of cruise not only on keyboard but and on game-used functions too. Do this please.
