All this Script Does is Prevent Cars From Despawning By Entering a Vehicle and Pressing "I" it will also show up on your map as a blue vehicle Icon.
Clicking "I" Again will remove the tracker and allow it to despawn again.
This is not my first but 3rd script I've made and the first one I've released to the public Please let me know if you find any bugs.
just drag and drop "CarTracker.dll, CarTrackerKeycodes.ini" into your GTAV Scripts Folder.
if you are using Build 3258 its recommended that you use SHVDN Nightly as the Bottom Dollar Bounties DLC Broke normal SHVDN.

@chillz4u Excellent mod. I needed this. Many times I need to get out of the car to take another one, to make cinematic videos and then to pick up the previous car, I have to edit the video, stop the recording and respawn the previous car again so that the video has a continuation. With this mod, all the previous problems are solved. Thank you for the mod. I'll upload a video showcasing this mod later.
@rhcnxfj13 The Updated Version of 1.0 should be releasing soon with a keycodes file i have tested it and works perfectly with my game

can you add the option to save the car after exiting the game?
@kocabac I would Recommend using persistence II https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/i-m-not-mental-s-persistance-mod this mod is only for stopping certain vehicles from despawning and to find the car in a session
@3DIYOriginal Actually. You just need to add it into Menyoo database. And it would not disappear.

Is it more like a persistent mod where I can save my game and get it the car at the same position I left it ? If not can you please include vehicle persistence which does not affect performance please
@danny_stark1 The Mod was not meant for that it was for lightweight vehicle tracking and making sure it wouldn't despawn in your session i would recommend getting Persistence II if you want the vehicle to stay
@chillz4u persistence II affects game play when you save a lot of vehicles I mean the game starts to lag and stuff. I’d humble request that you look into creating vehicle persistence for us great work by the way much love from this side

bro can you please update automtic car lock (aluc ) and break lights / brake lights and fix wheel turn back to shdvn 3
@Mauluskus i am also having a problem with getting my game to work with the new update i will resume my mod development eventually but this isnt the mod this is the script hook messing up with the game and its out of my hands
@Mauluskus I will soon work on a persistence version it currently doesn't save your vehicle across SP Sessions
@chillz4u for me everythings works great but the version is not compatible with newest shdvn3 version
Looks like R* is trying to break mods with each major GTA Online update, the older one broke Manual Transmission, 5Real script works there but not previous versions, so we cant use the latest script for older ones that almost all scripts work, Manual Reload is completely broken, and now with the newest update... SHVDN3's broken, though there is a fix but not sure as it's a true fix and working well with all scripts it did work in the past, I shall try the mod and inform you of the results
