When you play GTA V, many times it happens to die in the coolest ways possible. It's too bad that the "killcam" lasts just a few seconds. Well, with this mod, the killcam lasts as long as you want, just hit Enter when you want it to stop. Now you can record the coolest ways to die in the GTA world.

Installation:
1.Make sure you have installed Script Hook V into your GTA V folder
2.Download and extract the attached .rar file
3.Copy the content of the archive into the GTA V folder (make sure to copy just one of the .asi files - recommended version 1.1 as it is the latest version)
ATTENTION!
Make sure to also copy the "Afterdeath.ini" file if you use version 1.1 or above.
Default key bindings:
-Enter - skip death scene;
-K - suicide (v1.2 only).
Changelog:
1.2:
-the mod now also enables when you get busted;
-added a suicide key (by default it's K). Read the "readme.txt" file for info on how to change it;
-fixed some minor performance bugs;
-also added a version called "1.2 - no tint" in which the "Wasted" text, the black and white tint and the camera shake effect dissapear after few seconds (just like in version 1.0), as requested by Sukhoi.
1.1:
-added the posibility to assign any key to stop the mod, which by default is Enter (you have to change the key value in the "Afterdeath.ini", read the readme.txt file);
-fixed a bug where if you pressed Enter (or the assigned key) when you are alive, you would go into a infinite loading screen, as reported by WCP.
1.0a:
-the black and white effect, the "Wasted" text and the slowmotion effect remain after you die (watch the new trailer video). I think this looks more "pro-ish", but if you don't like it, you also have the old version in the archive.

It works. I just wish you had free camera after dying. Right now you're stuck with the same view.
@troll121 or just the whole wasted moment. and to respawn again you just need to press enter. that would be cool
hello dude. where in the gta 5 game folder can I find the wasted moment death scene? I would like to do stuff with it. mess a little bit around with it. figure stuff out, would really appreciate a response :)
I'm with the others, a waster ascreen overhaul with the added "Afterdeath" mod would be effing incredible. I know this is probable the worst place to put this comment considering the lack of support this mod is getting, but I'd really like to see a wasted overhaul.
It works… At first it is default way which is blurred away for about 3 sec then it goes back to normay view then blacks out again and then we can see what is going around. Little weird way but we can see longer after our death or arrest. To bad we cannot look around at all :(
The mod is good and it works for me, but if you can make it to where you can look around, adjust the speed of the wasted screen (ex: make it normal speed), and if you even want the wasted thing to pop up but still have the gray filter.
I think this mod would go great if you could use skins and die with a skin and not be turned back into Michael to watch the deathcam, I didn't try it so for what I know it could be in the mod, but if it isnt that would be something great to add.
Does this also stop the game from stopping your recordings?

if you´re dead and you call EMS (Better EMS Script)
you are able to look around for a short time after paramedic gave you a medpack.
two things would make this script perfect.
1. free cam / able to look around when you die.
2. able to return to life on same spot were you died without hospital IF you want.
(MAYBE 3. function to push the corp/character in case it stuck from a slide from the mountain)
Watch Your Death script was like that, but the pedestrians became very aggressive and you wont be able to arrest them.

good mod but the no tint version disables itself after like 3 deaths the mod works tho
this mod use ontick event, thus it will reduce your framerate
Fix these:
Since mod using ontick event, which is reduce your framerate, i guess you can change that somehow.
The next one: Fix the freaking no tint bug, where it bugs after like 4-5 deaths, it activates slowmotion and grey screen, like no tint is not installed as well
