I think Yelan would be a perfect description for a Vinewood resident. She got style and she (maybe) is rich.
I've been telling myself to port Yelan to GTA 5 for a long time. But, I procrastinated doing it a few times. Finally, I did it. Here is Yelan for you folks. Have fun !

@ALEXSYS They have facial animations as IG (in-game) facial animations. But if you're talking about facial animations in cutscenes, they don't have it. Only in-game facials.
