Installation
1. Using Meth0d's AddonPeds folder (https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector).
Simply import ALL files with OpenIV in the folder into the following path below:
...\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf\
OR
To replace any ped, rename files to suit . eg : s_m_y_ammucity_01
v1.0
Villain Spyglass skin.

@tuankhai any chance of uploading a version of this without the cloth texture over it? In-game it appears at though all the metal is fabric
@tuankhai I really loved the ped but it's crashing my game for some reason I couldn't figure out :/ Other peds working fine, I use addonpeds.
Crashing the game. I fixed the ymt file but which is also made wrong but there is still problems with either ydd or yft, maybe ytd perhaps. Tried spawning with Addon Ped, Menyoo, Simple Trainer but every time it crashed.
