SP: Drag and drop the mp_eye_colour into:
mods\x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\mpbusiness\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpbusiness_ped_mp_overlay_txds.rpf\
FiveM: Drag and drop file to the folder in stream your clothes.
NOTE: Does not capture all colors in rockstar Editor.
