This is a Taake T-Shirt for the MP Character. You can change your skin to the MP Character using a skin editor (I use Enhanced Native Trainer, they have options to customize skins)
Installation:
(In OpenIV) Goto: (GTA V/mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_mp/mp_m_freemode_01) then turn on Edit Mode and replace jbib_diff_000_c_uni.ytd with the file you downloaded.
