Hell fucking yeah. I've wanted Shadow's 06 model in this game forever, so I did it myself.
- He's floating off the ground (it's not that noticeable when moving)
- His neck breaks when on a bike/quad
I will update this at some point.
Installation:
Use Meth0d's Add-On Peds:

or replace any ped you want by renaming the files to whatever ped you want to replace ex: "ig bankman"
Voice Installation:
Use GogetaSSJ4's PlayerVoice:
