This is a simple clothing mod which changes the default graphic of the shirt seen in the screenshot here.
HOW TO INSTALL AND USE:
In open iv navigate to x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players/player_one
Once there double click and open the file called uppr_diff_004_e_uni.ytd and replace it with the file you downloaded from here then load the game up and select the shirt from your menu under the torso menu in the wardrobe section and choose Type 4 Texture 4 or buy it from a store and that's all
