Update: as of 9/28/16 I have moved the logo up a little bit to a more natural looking position.
For those who don't know Moon Equipment Company or "Moon Eyes" has been making various parts for modified street and race cars since the 1950's.
Over time the moon eyes logo would become synonymous with drag racing and drag racing fans alike. And it eventually gained such popularity that it became a subculture identifier for gear heads and having a moon eyes sticker on your car or wearing a moon eyes shirt no longer meant that you had moon parts in your car, it meant that you were a car nut.
Some credit goes to neapel for the black shirt because I started with his punisher T shirt for the weathered look. However I spent a good amount of time making the logo look as distressed as the shirt does.
To install with openIV replace uppr_diff_000_g_uni.ytd in X64V/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_two
Remember to backup before modding and not to bring your mods online.

Also, this mod is awesome. The only reason I haven't installed it is I've been playing online.
@JRC99 Thanks for the good ideas, ill probably make the holley shirt. I'm messing around with a hurst shifters shirt as well as some other little projects that will get uploaded once they look good enough.
