@pokigum I have certain criteria when I rate mods, sorry I cant give you more for now. Read my feedback and slowly improve the mod. I will follow it and change my rating when I see progress. ;)

@Pantyshot You barely gave feedback at all, I understand you were treating (creator) just as you would treat anyone else, but It's literally their first mod, I don't even know if they have any modding experience at all prior to this. From the looks of it, not a lot of image editing background either. Giving feedback to help them improve would be something that is much more detailed and specific on what areas they should focus on, how they should go about completing that task, and how they can check their own work for imperfections. I've seen you brag about your Joker trevor on several threads and it's just putting newbies under at this point, there wasn't a need to post screenshots of yours just to prove that you have more of a background than the creator.

@Pantyshot No disrespect in the comment above, I'm just saying that newcomers should be embraced and taught how to improve, not just simply told to improve. It's the same thing as telling someone to solve an equation when they have little knowledge on the subject, versus breaking down and teaching them how to solve it. There are easy ways to teach people how to do simple modding without going into great detail, or putting time into it. It's all just something that improves over time, and anyone on this site that has been here for a while is a good example. Your rating was definitely justified, as I don't believe the mod is "great" in quality.

@Ze-Krush It should push the creators to make it better. And I gave feedback. I told him the area where he should improve and I also said that I will follow his progress. Even if you are new or not, the rating system is to show members which mods have a good quality and which haven't. Just for the sake of being friendly I will never give a 5 star rating. If someone wants some praise, he needs to do sth. for it. And there are enough Photoshop/Gimp tutorials outthere to learn this stuff. I will never critize an idea, but put just some brush strokes on the neck has a lot of room for improvement.

@Ze-Krush Oh and btw Everytime a member asked me for help, here or on discord. I helped when it was possible for me. But he didnt even ask ;)

@Pantyshot Alright, just seeing public comments from you on some threads and here lead me to believe some false information. I'm just trying to keep this community alive right now. And keep as many new creators as possible

@Ze-Krush I worked on over 100 mods here on this site, as a creator, developer or ghostwriter. Im also interested in new stuff and creators, But lets also face the truth, people often upload real shit here ( Dont mean this mod) and we also need to difference between excellent, good, needs improvement and bad. I guess you are talking about the comment I made to Insangames. The problem with his retextures is really that he still uses the "old" normal/bump maps. You can see wrinkles on there skin, or no wrinckles on clothes. I'm always an honest guy, I will always rate after my conscience, you will never see a rating, good or bad which I not 100% support.

@Pantyshot Thats respectable asf, I had no clue about Insangames and the situation behind it. I've just seen too many people post their unreleased creation that is miles better than a released creation by a newcoming modder. I can see in this case you were trying to show him the texture and how trevor would work very well as the Joker. I also agree with you on the point you made about how there are indeed different ratings of mods. I mainly rate mods on how good the mod quality is (for that author in particular) so if its someone with little to no experience, that just slaps an uncropped jpeg on a shirt, and they drop something surprising, but not breathtakingly good, I'll rate them good. Everybody has differences, and I do agree with your morals

Looks good, but head needs an improvement to make it less cartoonish and more realistic, but the hair looks nice. Needs an head texture improvement and it should look better.
