You need OpenIV for installing this mod.
1.run openIV in Edit mode
2.search for "s_f_y_hooker_03.ytd"
i found these 2 pathes:
1...\update\x64\dlcpacks\mppatchesng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mppatches.rpf\
2...\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\componentpeds_s_f_y.rpf\
3.replace s_f_y_hooker_03.ytd with new one.
4.play as franklin and then change skin to hooker 3.it will fix some issues for female characters.
5.for a better face please use drawable1/texture0
i strongly recommend using Enhanced Native Trainer for changing & saving skins!

@OrangeAgent im guessing u have a hard time for finding texture files! Just a guess.
Hooker 3 has two different face models. I prefer the one with thicker lips and bigger eyes, and would like to delete/replace the other face model. I found 2 similar s_f_y_hooker_03.ymt files. Do you know if both faces are in the single one file? If so I'd have to open the file itself, which would be a new procedure for me.

@gilbert_at Yeap! Both faces are in a single file! Probably you find one file in updates folder and the other one must be in main gta files! Probably editing update folder contents should do the trick! By the way what is in ymt file?

Yes I saw your two texture sets for the two faces. But I want the game to just use one face (3D model) when I spawn "HOOKER 3".
@gilbert_at you better look in *ydd file. OpenIv shows 3d models but we cant extract it yet! So you cant edit it! But you can use enhanced native trainer and save your character and face and...! It will fix your problem!

@wantedone Umm, dammit, I am having her as bodyguard/girlfriend, and the ped spawner can't access Enhanced NT saved configs :(
@gilbert_at Errr, yes!!! found something! Pc trainer v can change bodyguards skin. And now im using same skin for both player and bodyguard! They look like twin sisters! :D
Best Hooker mod on the site! could you maybe add more clothing options/ colours? make that she can wear sneakers like franklin. She is the hottest girl in the game now despite her past
