Tbh i'd rate this mod but my comment would probably be removed so instead ill just leave some tips:
-Vertex paint is done incorrectly, you DO NOT paint the Vertex Color as white, you make it orange (255, 128, 0) That has big impact on the lighting and that's also why most of the *cough* paid (or not paid) clothing mods *cough* look like crap, yet people buy them
Vertex Illum should be Black, not White
Vertex Alpha should be Red, not Yellow
-The model has diffuse texture embed, why? That just makes the model weight more for no reason
-LOD is vanilla but that is not the problem, the problem is that it's material still points to the old texture, so from far away the LOD model would flicker since it's missing a texture i guess
-Spec map is yellow, that is metal color, so not sure why it's like that, i'd paint it 200, 89, 30 (#C8591E) which would still be reflective, but in addition you could set DetailSettings in the material to 0.10000000 0.75000000 40.00000000 for detail maps to show
-Normal map is very plain, you could make a new one out of the diffuse texture or use the tools you used to make the model i guess, it would add a lot of detail
-Textures look very compressed, maybe reduce the contrast on them (and i'm talking about source images, since it looks like you imported .png images as dxt1 causing black to have purple/green artifacts and that's kinda the case for every texture included because they're dark as hell in bunch of spots, the third texture seems mostly fine though, another idea would be to use A8R8G8B8 compression but it could aswell cause performance or streaming issues for certain PC's)
