This is the cowgirl top from the Biker DLC, just cropped up a little bit, and with some additional recoloured textures.
Optional uppr file is included.
To use as addon, you can use an addon such as "Tops-3x200 slots" by GekkoLilly : https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/tops-3-x-200-slots-for-mp-male-mp-female-dlc-no-replace

To replace the base game clothing so it isnt an add-on for FiveM, but instead a replace/stream over, simply just rename the ydd to mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_bikerdlc_01^jbib_017_u.ydd
