To install this mod you need Open IV and the latest Scripthook. To install the mod you have to put all files into a folder using OpenIV, the path below: GTAV\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_mp.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01
The files are drag-and-drop ready just replace/place them in whatever directory you replace clothes in. Rename if needed.
