Using OpenIV find the EUP file for your hats.
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup-componentpeds-p.rpf\
open the matching files and replace the textures.
Use EUP menu to select the hat you need.
Do not copy the hats or use them in FiveM without permission.

Oh you fucking beauty from time of my request this was so quick thank you again!!!!
This dosen't even work I dragged all the folders into eup-componentpeds-p.rpf\ went in the game. Didn't work.... sp then I closed the game and did it differently by opening up each folder in open IV and the hats folders and dragged them in.....Didn't work again.
Dude, they aren't even realistic, U made the vests so unrealistic, no officer in UK would wear it due to the rules.
U made a "reflective" vest with "British Style" then U made a weird cap.
