Find this file in OpenIV and replace the textures in the "texture dictionary" files with the ones from this download.

Update:
- Fixed for higher resolution, improved patches and badges.
- Added female version
- Added "pedprops" file and textures, deputies will no longer wear hats, instead just sunglasses.
- Fixed vest to say "sheriff" instead of "police"

Being honest. I really do not feel that the black goes well with the nonsense in the county nor the background. Good job though.
