This is a Wisconsin State Patrol skin for the 2015 Dodge Charger R/T vehicle mod.
UPDATED****
Changed color to reflect more accurately to the Real Wisconsin State Patrol Car Color Scheme.
You will need OpenIV to modify your vehicle files.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
Then find police2.ytd and police2+hi.ytd and replace those(After Making a Backup) with the ones included.
