Installation:
-Open "OpenIV"
-Grand Theft Auto V/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/
-Search for "Ambulance"
-Enable edit mode
-Replace the ambulance.ytd and the ambulance+hi.ytd files

Well, that ambulance doesn't seem to be russian to get anywhere!
