make sure you have downloaded and install it.
Installation:
open OpenIV then go to update>x64>dlcpacks>mir2k>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles>vehicles.rpf>mir2k.ytd and replace mir2k sign 1 or change the png name to the numer you want (e.g. mir2k sign 5) and put it in to mir2k.ytd
