You must have the 3D model of the Reventon (created by GAME68240) if you want the mod work.

(3D model : https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/lamborghini-reventon)

First of all you have to start OpenIV,

Then go to : *GTA V, mods, x64e.rpf, levels, gta5, vehicles.rpf.

And here replace the vacca.ytd, by the new one.

Then run GTA V and enjoy :)
